English Speaking Course| Level A-1|Beginner

The purpose of this course is to provide learners with a strong foundation in basic English language skills and to help them develop the confidence and proficiency to communicate effectively in real-life situations. The objectives of each module are designed to help learners develop their skills in an integrated way, with a focus on LSRW skills.

Purpose:

  • To provide learners with a solid foundation in English language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • To help learners develop the confidence and proficiency to communicate effectively in basic English in a variety of real-life situations.
  • To introduce learners to the cultural aspects of the English language and its usage in different contexts.

Objectives:

  • To develop learners’ basic English pronunciation and listening skills to understand simple English phrases and sentences.
  • To help learners develop basic English grammar and sentence structures for speaking and writing.
  • To build learners’ English vocabulary through reading and listening activities.
  • To help learners develop conversational skills to ask and answer simple questions and participate in basic conversations.
  • To develop learners’ reading comprehension skills to understand simple stories and articles.
  • To help learners develop writing skills for short messages, emails, and letters.
  • To provide learners with opportunities to practice and improve their English language skills in a supportive and engaging learning environment.
  • To assess learners’ progress and provide feedback to help them improve their English language skills.

Here’s an outline for an integrated English course for Indian beginners, with a focus on Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing (LSRW). Each module is designed to incorporate all four skills in an integrated way:

Module 1: Introduction to English

  • Reading: Learn basic English alphabet and spelling rules and read simple words and sentences.
