In each Module You are going to Learn -
Module 1: Word Power
In this module, learners will build their foundational vocabulary in Urdu. They will start with basic noun identification and learn to differentiate between singular and plural forms. This module also introduces pronouns and their usage in sentences. Simple verbs like “is/am/are” will be covered, along with adjectives describing color, shape, appearance, size, and numbers. Learners will also learn about postpositions and their applications in sentences.
Module 2:Phrase and Sentence Structure
This module focuses on constructing simple sentences in Urdu. Learners will explore positive and negative sentence structures, understand the roots of verbs, and learn to use them with or without the particle “kar.” Interrogative words and sentence formation will also be introduced. Additionally, learners will practice telling time and using time-related phrases. The module concludes with exercises on small talk, queries, and surveys, enhancing conversational skills.
Module 3: Around Me
In this practical module, learners will expand their vocabulary related to everyday environments. They will start by exploring terms related to the kitchen and utensils, followed by discussions on food, snacks, ingredients, vegetables, spices, and meat. Vocabulary for different parts of the home, such as rooms and gardens, will also be covered. The module extends to public places and relevant phrases, with additional focus on seasons, people, shopping, and local markets.
Module 4: Imperative Sentences and Common Phrases
The final module is dedicated to imperative sentences and commonly used phrases in Urdu. Learners will practice forming orders and requests, asking for and offering help, and politely saying no. The module also covers the usage of the phrase “lagta hai,” which is frequently used in conversational Urdu. By the end of this module, learners will have the tools to navigate basic social interactions in Urdu.
